During these days, more than 40 young women —15 in each location— will take part in this simultaneous experience taking place in Kuartango (Álava) with RuralCitizen, Arroyomolinos de León (Huelva) with AlmaNatura, and Málaga with Rooral. These organizations represent EOI, the School of Industrial Organization, within the program.

The goal of this phase is to put into practice the knowledge gained during training, boost their ideas through collaborative work, and continue building a community among women in rural areas.

Throughout the week of November 3, 2025, the Bees will continue their training sessions, participate in coworking spaces and personalized mentoring, and meet with local ecosystem organizations to identify shared resources, challenges, and opportunities. They will also visit women-led rural businesses, discovering inspiring stories and real-life examples of impactful entrepreneurship.

This experience aims for each Bee to connect with herself, her purpose, and other women who, like her, are committed to rural areas as a place for life and opportunity.
