The Giving Back phase aimed to support participants in consolidating their projects and establishing a direct connection with the local area, facilitating the transition from reflection to action. This stage focused on putting the ideas developed during the previous training into practice, strengthening their viability and generating real impact through concrete actions within the community.
The phase ran from 28 January 2026 to 25 February 2026, combining five online group sessions (a total of 10 hours of training), individual mentoring and practical activities in the local area (6 hours of work on local challenges carried out in November 2025 during the co-living phase), culminating in the programme’s final closing day and an event to share results and learnings with partners and Bees. The structure of the programme allowed for progressive advancement from reviewing purpose and impact, through to the implementation of actions and the final presentation of the projects.
