The Give Back phase of the Beautiful Bees project has successfully concluded its cycle in the Galician community of Anceu, transforming learning into direct action and community transfer. Over five sessions held between January 28 and February 25, the Galician participants shifted from being recipients to becoming true generators of value for their local environment. The itinerary began on January 28 with an introduction to the principles of reciprocity, sustainability, and mutual care, continuing on February 4 by addressing obstacles through cognitive reframing. 

On February 11, the group worked on consolidating each participant’s life purpose through methodologies like ikigai and powerful portraits, while on February 19, the group publicly shared their transformation stories and project progress. The training phase culminated on February 25 with the session Focusing the Flight, designed to define individual roadmaps and strengthen future collaborative networks. 

The highlight of this stage was the Demoday held in Anceu and the Entre Culturas + Fuchiqueira community gathering, where three key local projects were presented: Camiño dos Sentidos, a sensory and meditative trail along the river; Pegadas do Recordo, a documentary on the historical memory of local migrant women; and Beautiful Views, a tactical urbanism action that transformed underused spaces through community furniture made from reused pallets. 

This entire process has left a deep mark on the region, fostering the continuity of the network among participants, their integration into coworking spaces and projects like Ruralia or Culture Moves Europe, and even participation in international mobility experiences in Lithuania, thereby consolidating a real and lasting impact on rural Galicia.
